Hilary Cline, MS, BCBA, LBA is the Founder and Clinical Director of Desert Behavior Consultants. With over a decade of experience in applied behavior analysis, Hilary specializes in building ethical, individualized, and data-driven treatment programs that prioritize meaningful outcomes for clients and families. She is deeply committed to clinician training, quality supervision, and compassionate care, and brings a collaborative, strengths-based approach to every aspect of her work. Hilary is licensed in Nevada and is passionate about supporting growth—one behavior at a time.
